STEP 02

You get the document

An itemized scope of work with a price on every line and a payment schedule tied to milestones. Free, and yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

STEP 03

We build to it

Work follows the document. Anything outside it gets quoted and approved in writing before it happens — never billed as a surprise.

STEP 04

We close it out

Punch list, final clean, walkthrough. The last payment comes after you've walked it and you're satisfied, not before.
